Return window

Return requests should be submitted shortly after delivery. Approval depends on product condition, order status and support review.

Products should be unused, clean, complete, undamaged and returned with accessories, manuals and packaging when included.

Refund method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected.

How to request a return

  • Login and copy your order number.
  • Email sales@billgofast.com with the reason for return.
  • Include photos if the product arrived damaged or incomplete.
  • Wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.

Non-returnable cases

Used, damaged by misuse, missing parts, altered products or unauthorized returns may be rejected.
